When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help us detect spam comments.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible next to your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, we recommend avoiding images that contain GPS EXIF data. Visitors to the website may download and extract location data from these images.

Tricerasport Application: End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Tricerasport Application License
All intellectual and industrial property rights and all other exclusive rights related to the software or technical applications integrated into or linked to this Application are owned by the Owner (Tricerasport) and/or its licensors.
Subject to full compliance with these Terms and notwithstanding any contrary provisions herein, the Owner (Tricerasport) grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the software and/or any other technical means integrated into the Service within the scope and purpose of this Application and the Service provided.
This license does not grant Users any right to access, use, or disclose the original source code. All techniques, algorithms, and procedures contained in the software and any related documentation are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors.
All rights and licenses granted to Users terminate immediately upon termination or expiration of the Agreement or deletion of the user’s account.
Without prejudice to the above, Users may download, install, use, and operate the Application provided that the device on which the Application is installed is current and up to date regarding market technology and standards.
The Owner (Tricerasport) reserves the right to publish updates, patches, and other developments for this Application and/or its related software and provide them free of charge to Users. Users may be required to download and install these updates to continue using the Application and/or related software.
Users may delete their account at any time directly from the Application via their user profile or by sending a request to contact@tricerasport.com.
User-Generated Content
Users may generate content through the Application’s chat features. All user-generated content is the exclusive property of the User, who is fully responsible for it. The Owner (Tricerasport) will not tolerate inappropriate content (text or media) or abusive behavior. Any inappropriate content—including erotic, pornographic, sexist, violent, obscene, vulgar, vandalistic, terrorist, racist, or hate-promoting material—will be immediately sanctioned with account suspension or deletion and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Content Moderation
The Application includes human moderation. All posted content is reviewed by a moderator. Any content that does not comply with these Terms will be removed, and the User responsible may be sanctioned as described above.
User Reports
Users who witness abusive content or inappropriate behavior may report it to the Tricerasport moderator by clicking on the link in the chat:
“Watch out for content. Abuse may be sanctioned. Report abuse.”
Depending on the severity of the reported issue, the moderator may delete the content, issue a warning, suspend the user, delete the user account, or escalate the matter to the competent authorities.
Tricerasport Moderation Commitment
The Owner (Tricerasport) commits to act upon any identified abuse (content or behavioral) within 24 hours.
In all cases, Tricerasport cannot be held liable for inappropriate content posted by users, and will make all reasonable efforts to remove such content.
Processing of Personal Data (Privacy Policy)
The user is informed that personal data (first name, last name, gender, profile picture) is recorded during the first use of the Tricerasport application.
The user is informed that this data is processed only within the Application and solely for its intended purpose. No personal data is used outside the Application, either by Tricerasport or by third parties related to Tricerasport’s activity.
The profile picture collected is used only for profile identification within the Application. It is not used for any other purpose inside or outside the Application.
User consent for personal data collection is required to use the Application. Without consent, no personal data is collected, and the user cannot use the Application.
Data Retention (Privacy Policy)
In accordance with GDPR regulations applicable in France (European Union), personal data is retained for 2 years (24 months) from the time of collection. If a user has no activity within the Application for more than two years, Tricerasport will delete all collected data.
Only the data strictly necessary for proper use of the Application is collected.
Tricerasport ensures that all necessary measures are taken to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data within the Application.
Right to Modify or Delete Personal Data (Privacy Policy)
Users have the right to modify or delete their personal data at any time. All changes or deletion requests may be made through the Application by clicking “update” in the profile section, or by sending an email to contact@tricerasport.com.
Data Storage Duration
All personal data (Privacy Policy), including identity details, email address, and profile picture, is retained for 2 years (24 months). Under GDPR rules applicable in France (European Union), if this data is not used for 2 years, Tricerasport will delete all collected data.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to allow automatic approval of subsequent comments rather than placing them in the moderation queue.
For users who register on the site (if applicable), we store the personal data provided in their profile. All users can view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account or have left comments on the site, you may request a file containing all personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You may also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Confidentiality Agreement
All Tricerasport concepts presented on this site, as well as the name “Tricerasport,” are protected by the INPI (www.inpi.fr). This protection prevents anyone who reads the site from appropriating or using the content for personal or professional purposes, whether as described or in any derived manner.
Additionally, all protected content on the Tricerasport site is subject to acceptance of a confidentiality agreement. The details of this “Tricerasport Confidentiality Agreement” may be requested via the contact form. By checking the corresponding box, the visitor agrees to the full Terms of this Agreement, including:
- The visitor agrees to keep confidential and refrain from disclosing to third parties any information transmitted through the Tricerasport site (www.tricerasport.com) or accessed during this Agreement.
- The visitor commits to taking all necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality of the information, using at least the same level of care applied to their own confidential information.
- The visitor agrees to share such information only with personnel or acquaintances who need to know it and are authorized to use it.
- The visitor agrees to ensure that their employees or contractors treat this information in accordance with the confidentiality rules of this Agreement.
- The information obtained may be used only for the execution of the purpose described in the preamble of this Agreement. Any other use requires prior written authorization from Tricerasport.
- The visitor cannot claim any license or copyright ownership based on this information.
The Agreement takes effect on the date it is validated via the registration form or contact form submissions on the Tricerasport website (www.tricerasport.com). The visit dates recorded by cookies may also be used to establish this date. The confidentiality obligations remain in force for five (5) years after the Agreement is validated.
Confidentiality provisions apply throughout the duration of the Agreement and for five (5) years after its termination, regardless of the reason.
This Agreement is governed by French law.
In case of difficulty concerning the interpretation or execution of the Agreement, both parties (the visitor and Tricerasport) will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be brought before the competent court.
